I ordered from isak.co.uk and ended up needing to return one of the items because it wasn’t quite what I expected when it arrived. Annoying, because I’d bought it with a specific plan in mind, and that pretty much went out the window.
The return itself wasn’t difficult, to be fair, but I had to wait a few days just to hear back, and then the refund took longer than I was hoping. It was one of those situations where you’re checking your emails and bank account way more than you should have to.

Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating and not as smooth as I’d like. I’d probably order again, but only if I was really sure about what I was buying, because I don’t fancy having my plans messed up again over a slow return.

The product was just as described, which is always nice. It matched what I expected perfectly, almost suspiciously perfectly, like someone behind the scenes actually made sure the listing was accurate for once. No complaints here.

Weirdly, I remember the package had a tiny bit of tape stuck to one corner that I kept picking at while opening it.

It took longer than I expected and the tracking barely updated, so I was kind of left guessing what was going on. When I tried to check in, it felt a bit like I was just another ticket number rather than a customer. It did arrive in the end, but I wouldn’t rely on it if you need something quickly
